AKPASA DANCE
This is a popular Efik dance combining aspects of various traditional dances. it is energy sapping and pattern is basically athletic vigorous, sharp in quality and requires a good deal of physical efforts. A flute to inspire dancers to more indigenous display, by intoning their praise names and recalling their previous achievements.
AKPASA DANCE (BASKET DANCE)
NNABO MASQUERADE DANCE This particular dance originates from cross Rivers state in Nigeria. It is used by their fore fathers to fight war against their enemies. it creates spectacles and glamour and also very vigorous in nature.
IDEM MASQUERADE
IDEM DANCE:This is an initiational dance or masquerade of the Efik people. It place emphasis on "Nsibidi" (Sign Language) Ekpe was used to inform royal personages in Efik Kingdom to convince their wards and loyalists to attend church on Sundays. Ekpe is the mimetic portrayal of how a lion or leopard moves.

EKOMBI DANCE
EKOMBI DANCE: A popular dance among the Efiks of Calabar and indeed people of the Cross Rivers state in Nigeria.The main source of their livelihood is fishing and farming.The dance is done to stimulate the waves as the sea, the animals that inhabit the sea, as well as their occupation of fishing and farming. Today Ekombi dance is performed in very important and unique occasions.
DunDun Drum Ensenble
This instrument is considered the most important drum by the Yoruba, who call it iya, literally, "the mother." It is played in almost any situation that requires music, mimicking spoken Yoruba speech tones. The varying sounds are obtained by holding the drum under the arm and squeezing the tension strings while striking the membrane with a curved stick held in the right hand. The bells also add sound.The Iyalu leads the whole ensemble.It leads the talk,dictates the pace,determines the songs etc.

Has its origin from cross rivers and akwa ibom state in Ngeria. It is spiritual dance which relates to incarnation. It is always done by sets of people that are initiated into a group of old and young men and women. The masquerades are performed nowadays during very important occasions such as festivals etc
NYOK DANCE
NYOK DANCE: This is a social or occupational dance of the Efik people and is synonymous with the boat regatta performed at the fishing settlements in Cross River State. It is strictly a portrayal in mime and pantomime of a fishing expedition.

CHORALS: A medley of Nigeria trditional folk songs drawn from Nigerian Ethnic groupes and the three major tribes of nigeria.it starts with slow songs and as the song goes on,the tempo increses until it gets to a fast rhythm.
